VerkTools Built for you

You already know what’s slowing you down.
Nobody has ever priced it.

We’re a creative studio for AI-driven business tools. We map one real workflow, work out what that bottleneck costs you every year, and build the tool that fixes it.

How this works

How this works

From bottleneck to throughput.

1
The Session

We take one job you’ve already done and go through it start to finish — the data, the handoffs, where it sits waiting — then put an annual figure on what it costs you. The analysis is yours to keep.

2
The Design

We use what that showed us to design the tool around it — scoped, named, and shaped to the way your team actually works.

3
The Proposal

We show you the tool built around a job you’ll recognize, and what it costs. The fee is set from the annual figure we worked out together, so you can weigh it against the problem it removes.

4
Build & Support

We build the tool against your own past work first, then run it alongside your current process until it holds up. What “working” means is agreed in writing before anyone writes code. After that, a monthly retainer keeps it maintained and learning from your team’s corrections.

Your options

Here’s what’s available to you today.

Buy off-the-shelf

SaaS fits most companies partly and no company exactly. You pay monthly for the part that fits. Your team absorbs the part that doesn’t.

Hire developers

They need the whole thing described up front, in detail, then bill by the hour to build it. If the description was wrong, you pay to find out and pay again to fix it.

Build it internally

Building the first version is a project. Keeping it working is a job. The second one doesn’t end.

Do nothing

Whatever is slowing you down costs you something every year. Doing nothing means paying it again next year.

Pricing

We price against your number, not our time.

The diagnostic

A working session. We go through one recent job step by step and calculate what that process costs you in a year. You get a written assessment to keep.

Development

A one-time fee, set from what the problem costs you in a year, and agreed in writing before anything is built.

The retainer

Monthly, after the tool is live. It covers running the tool, support for your team, and a scheduled review to plan any updates.

You’ll know every number before anyone writes code.

Where your data goes

The commitments this is built on.

Your data never trains anyone’s models. Not ours, not our AI providers’, and never anything built for another client.

The AI that reads your material can’t act on it. It has no browser, no file access, and no way to send anything anywhere. It reads, and returns text a person reviews. We check this automatically on every change to our own code.

Your data sits in an environment of its own. Separate storage, separate credentials, separate deployment — enforced by how it is built rather than by a policy someone has to remember.

You own every output, and the tool stays yours. Exportable to normal formats on request, and your license survives even if we part ways.

Your people decide. Every tool we ship drafts, calculates and flags. It never sends, publishes, or commits to anything on your behalf.

Why now

One company, one tool.

Software has always been expensive to build. That expense meant it had to be sold to thousands of companies to be worth making, so it was designed for the average of them — and everyone else adapted.

That was never a limit on what software could do. It was a limit on what it cost to make.

That limit is gone. So we build one tool for one company, fitted to how that company actually works.

FAQs

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes. We ask what you do, how you do it, and where it slows down.

Will this replace anyone’s job?

No. However far we take it, the same things stay with your people: judgment when the answer isn’t obvious, accountability for the outcome, the relationships, and deciding what the business does next.

Who owns the tool?

A perpetual license, yours forever, with no ongoing payment attached to it. Everything the tool produces, and everything you put in, is yours.
