Credited in full if we build. A working session, an annual cost figure for the workflow we map, and a written assessment you keep either way.

Development

A fixed fee — a fraction of what the bottleneck costs you every year, worked out from the number we calculate together. Agreed before anything is built.

The retainer

Monthly. Maintenance, improvements, and a tool that keeps learning your team’s corrections. It’s better in month six than month one — shelf software can’t say that.

You’ll know every number before the first line of code exists.

No seats. No licenses. No surprises in year two.

Where your data goes

The boring promises that matter.

Your data never trains anyone’s models. Not ours, not our AI providers’, and never anything built for another client.

Every client lives in an isolated environment. No shared databases, no commingling — by architecture, not policy.

You own every output, forever. Exportable to normal formats on request, and your license to the tool survives even if we part ways.

A note from the founder

Everyone is integrating AI. Which is why almost nothing has changed.

Every company I talk to is racing to integrate AI — bolting it onto processes designed long before it existed. Integration is a tax. You are paying to preserve a structure you built under old constraints.

The question worth asking runs the other way. Not which of your steps could be automated — which of them would never have existed if you were building this business today.

Software worked the old way for a reason. Building it was expensive, so it had to be sold to thousands of companies to be worth making. That meant designing for the average of them, and letting everyone else bend to fit. It was never a limit on what software could do. It was a limit on what it cost to make — and that limit is gone.

Why is the diagnostic paid?

Because it’s real work with a real deliverable you keep, and because we never design on spec. It’s also credited into the build.

What if we’re too small?

If a $30-a-month app genuinely solves it, we’ll say so in the assessment and point you there. The diagnostic is honest or it’s worthless.

Will this replace anyone’s job?

It replaces re-keying, version-chasing, and rework. Judgment, approval, and relationships stay with your people — contractually, not just philosophically.

Who owns the tool?

You get a perpetual, royalty-free license that survives everything, plus total ownership of your data and outputs. If you want outright ownership of the build itself, we’ll quote it.

How fast?

Typically about ten weeks from signature to an accepted, working tool — proven on your real historical work before it ever touches a live decision.

The most profitable meeting you’ll book this year might tell you not to hire us.
